At Kardhar, we guarantee high-quality products. Please note: we do not accept returns or provide refunds. Replacement is offered only for defective or damaged products.

All orders are carefully checked before dispatch to ensure quality.

Refunds are not available.

Any payment made is for the product, and refunds will not be issued.

3. Replacement Policy

Replacement is offered only if the product is defective, damaged during transit, or has a printing/manufacturing error.

Customized orders (printed t-shirts or personalized designs) are non-replaceable unless there is a defect or error.

Plain t-shirts can be replaced only if defective or damaged.

Requests for replacement must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

4. Replacement Process

Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with pictures/videos showing the defect or damage.

Our team will verify the issue and guide you on returning the defective product through a courier company.

Kardhar will bear the return shipping charges for defective items.

Once received and verified, a replacement will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel is lost or damaged during courier delivery, notify us within 48 hours.

Kardhar will coordinate with the courier company and provide a replacement depending on the case.

6. Exceptions

Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not eligible for replacement.

Sale or discounted items may have specific replacement policies mentioned at the time of purchase.
