At Kardhar, we process and dispatch your orders with utmost care. All deliveries are handled through trusted third-party courier partners. Please read our shipping policy carefully:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Customized products may take additional time depending on design and printing.
No processing or dispatch takes place on Sundays and public holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India and internationally through reputed courier companies.
Domestic Delivery Time: 3-7 business days.
International Delivery Time: 7-15 business days (subject to customs clearance).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp/Email.
Kardhar does not deliver parcels directly – all shipments are managed by courier partners.

3. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders Only – No COD available.
Domestic shipping charges are calculated at checkout (or free shipping as per offers).
International shipping charges are calculated based on weight, destination, and courier service.

4. Customs & Duties (For International Orders)
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are payable by the customer.
Kardhar is not responsible for customs clearance delays or extra charges.

5. Responsibility & Delays
Once the parcel is handed over to the courier company, Kardhar is not liable for delays, damages, or non-delivery caused by the courier.
We will, however, assist you in tracking and coordinating with the courier company to resolve issues.

6. Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages
In case of damage or loss during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery attempt.
Kardhar will raise a complaint with the courier company, and resolution will depend on the courier’s policies.
